Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange policy:

• Return and exchange are a guaranteed right for all our customers and cover all products we offer in our store.
• All products displayed in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
• A return or exchange is possible if the product is in the same original condition as at purchase and wrapped in its original packaging.
• Returns within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the purchase date.
• Please contact us through the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
• Please photograph the product and send it with the city, address, and order number so it can be exchanged for another product if the product is defective, damaged, or does not work as agreed.
• The full amount is refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on the product page on our website.
• We are not responsible for any expectations about product use by the customer that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
• A deduction of 30 percent, or an amount of no less than 25 dirhams, applies if the customer no longer wants the product and it has no defect or other issue.
