Currently, our contracted shipping partners deliver within the country and to the cities listed on the shipping page, where all cities covered by the shipping agent are shown. You can request international delivery from the store team via WhatsApp so they can provide product weight details and quotes from international shipping agents not currently listed in the store.
Please review the return policy for return and exchange conditions. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and a return is agreed, the outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost are charged to the customer, while the product value is not charged to the customer according to the return policy.
